Qualifications : “Living Heritage Company”

This label was created by the French Law of 2 August 2005 in support of Small and Medium Enterprises, of which Article 23 stipulates that “A Living Heritage Company label (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, EPV) is created and may be awarded to any undertaking that has economic heritage, consisting in particular of rare, renowned or ancestral skills which draw on a mastery of traditional or technically advanced techniques, and restricted to a particular geographical area”.

PRIDES: Regional Joint Innovation and Economic Development Cluster

(A network of companies awarded the label and supported by Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, with joint objectives and undertaking cooperative projects – Culture and Heritage focus)

The PRIDES brings together those actors involved in activities linked to the management of the built and cultural heritage. It undertakes partnership projects involving these actors in the restoration, preservation, conservation and reconstruction of works of art such as monuments.
